What is the VIP Fast Pass? Is it really worth the price difference?
The VIP Fast Pass allows you to use a separate, shorter line at each of our 5 haunted houses. Indy Scream Park highly recommends the VIP Fast Pass to avoid long waits in line.
When is the Indy Scream Park Haunted House Open?
Indy Scream park is open during select dates from September 28th through October 31st, 2012. Visit the Hours Page on the Indy Scream Park website, for more information on exact dates and hours.
How do I get to Indy Scream Park?
Indy Scream Park is conveniently located just northeast of Indianapolis, Indiana off of I-69, exit #26. For complete directions, please visit the Directions Page on the Indy Scream Park website.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Indy Scream Park is recommended for adults and teens, but younger kids may come if parents choose to bring them.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Purchasing a ticket to Indy Scream Park is the same as purchasing a ticket to a sporting or concert event. After purchasing a ticket online, you may print out the ticket and give it another. However, all printed tickets must be brought to the online tickets window at the Indy Scream Park ticket booth for verification, prior to entering the facility.

What is the refund policy?
Purchasing a ticket to Indy Scream Park is the same as purchasing a ticket to a sporting or concert event. All sales are final. Indy Scream Park does not issue refunds on any tickets or purchases.
The name on the printed registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, as long as you bring your printed ticket to the online ticket window at the Indy Scream Park ticket booth for verification, prior to entering the facility.
When does Indy Scream Park close?
On Fridays, Saturdays and Halloween, ticket sales stop at 11:30pm and on Thursdays and Sundays ticket sales stop at 9:30pm. If you show up to the facility after ticket sales stop, then you may not be able to make it through all of the haunted attractions. But, as long as you are in line for the indoor haunted house attractions before Indy Scream Park stops selling tickets, then you will be able to get through all of the indoor and outdoor haunted house attractions before they close.
Does Indy Scream Park accept credit cards?
Credit cards may only be used to purchase tickets online through the Indy Scream Park Haunted House online ticket page. Indy Scream Park does not accept credit cards on site, but they do have ATMs on site.
Does Indy Scream Park offer group rates at the door/on site?
No. Group tickets must be purchased online to take advantage of group rates.
Is there a charge for parking?
Yes, there is a $5 fee for parking. You can purchase a parking pass in advance through the Indy Scream Park Haunted House online ticket page or you can pay cash when you arrive. Indy Scream Park does not accept credit cards on site.
